Yes, all Balloons come with helium or air unless noted otherwise by customer.

What should customers know about the types of balloons you offer and the customization options available?

All balloons are of the highest quality. Picture and logo balloons are currently available in color. 

What do customers need to know about ordering, pickup, or delivery of their balloons?

For pickups, please call when you arrive so we can buzz you in. For delivery, call the store at 317-459-4411 for a delivery fee quote, as prices may vary due to location. For picture and logo balloons, Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your order to be completed.

Are there any special instructions or safety tips customers should know about handling or disposing of the balloons?

Please handle balloons with care around small children. Dispose of balloons responsibly to protect the environment and animals.
